Training
Farmers who works on the project receives orientation and seasional trainings from experts in the sector to help the develop their capacity to execute high-quality production techniques that will ensure maximum yield.
Monitoring and Evaluation
To ensure adherence to best practices, the TLC project support team diligently monitors and manage each phase of our farm activities. For evaluation purposes, each activity will receive an appropriate evaluation and documentation.
Off Taking
We are in talks with off takers for our produce at the end of each cycle.
