NWIW Projects

As one of our tested and trusted Climate-smart Agricultural models, the NWIW project is an ongoing implementation that in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goal 12, Target 5 seeks to substantially reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. This target is actively in line with the UN SDG 13, as food waste is recognized to take up roughly 10 percent of the overall global amount of GHGs.

Working with a “no-waste-is-a-waste” policy in partnership with both large and small-scale food restaurants and food processing services, we specialize in collecting and utilizing abandoned excess consumable goods to create crop manure. Applying the same approach to livestock farmers, we collect unwanted animal waste to process organic manure as we simultaneously sensitize relevant business owners on the health hazards posed by synthetic fertilizers.
